The Windcat Elevation series is six commissioning service operation vessels built at Ha Long Shipbuilding for Windcat and CMB.TECH of Belgium, in cooperation with Damen Shipyards. The first was launched in October 2024. Windcat Amsterdam, the second, was delivered in December 2025.
Vietnam Ship Supply (VSS) supplied new-building stores for the series in northern Vietnam.
The build ran to tight deadlines and the deliveries had to meet them, at a yard the length of the country from our Ho Chi Minh City base. VSS covers stock throughout Vietnam, so northern supply was not dependent on shipping everything south to north.
